Catering is included with some suites but not all — check the listing details to confirm what's included with your specific booking. If catering isn't included and you'd like to add it, our team can help arrange a pre-order. For shared suites, food and drinks can also be ordered on the day through your in-suite attendant.
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the match is cancelled. We recommend reviewing your plans carefully before purchasing. This follows FIFA's official rules for all ticketing providers.
If a match is cancelled, you will receive a full refund for your tickets. If a match is postponed, your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Contact our support team if you have any questions about a specific booking.
